Two parents are facing charges involving two toddlers, ages 2 and 3.

Someone contacted police after hearing a live stream on Youtube. In the video, a man was heard shouting “I’m going to throw you out the ---- window if you don’t shut the ---- up!”

FOX61 obtained the arrest warrant which said Alessandra Sillo answered the door acknowledging the reason of why officers showed up. She brought the two toddlers downstairs.

Officers noticed the poor conditions the children were living in.

The warrant says officers confronted the other person in the house, Daniel Perez, about the video. Perez denied being in the video but a detective was able to recover it.

More shouting from Perez was heard in the video where he said “Look at the mess you made! Look at this mess! Eat it!”

The warrant states that in the video, while Perez is shouting at the children, there appeared to be striking or slapping sounds.

After denying being involved, the warrant said Perez admitted to police the voice heard in the live stream was his. He claimed he was shouting at one of the children because they spilled donuts on the bed and floor.

In addition, police stated there were old, visible burn marks on one of the children’s collarbone and ear.

DCF also discovered there was no running water in the house. Sillo claimed she had just given the children a bath the night before despite photographic evidence of clutter filling the tub.

Sillo is facing charges of risk of injury. Perez is facing charges of risk of injury and threatening in the second degree.

The children are now back in Connecticut in foster care.

Apparently the dipshits fled to Rhode Island right after the cops’ visit & were found at a motel. Geniuses— RI is so far away from CT.

Fast forward 50 years when those toddlers have to pick a nursing home for the dipshits. Revenge is a dish best served cold.

Both good and sad that they're back in foster care. It's unfortunate there weren't family members who could take them.
Sometimes, this type of abuse is generational and better for the children when they are placed with strangers.

(Fingers crossed that the Foster parent/s are just in it for the check)

Interesting these fuckwits had money for internet, donuts and eventually a motel but no money for running water.

If you don't want donuts spilled in the bed, maybe don't serve them there. Just one rookie's logic.

And why do these dicknuts look so excited? They don't look old or smart enough to put a penis in any orifice by accident.

Two parents facing charges related to claims of child abuse went before a judge Tuesday.

Daniel Perez, 33, faced a judge for an update on the mental health and substance abuse treatment ordered after his arrest on child abuse-related charges.

His wife, 33-year-old Allesandra Sillo, did the same. The judge reminded the couple to obey a protective order to not have any contact with their children.

Police say the couple's Milford home was condemned after officials found animal feces, nails coming through the floor and no running water inside.

Neighbors say they saw the two young boys playing on the roof. The children are now in the care of the Department of Children and Families.

Police responded to the home last month after receiving reports of a live video on YouTube depicting child abuse.

The arrest warrant says the video depicted Perez screaming at his children about making a mess. Police say Perez said, "I'm going to throw you out the [expletive] window if you don't shut the [expletive] up."
