A man is wanted for approaching a 13-year-old girl and asking her to perform a sexual act for money while she was walking in Queens Wednesday, police said.

The creep asked “do you speak English” and proposed giving her $50 for masturbation while she walked in North Corona around 7:30 a.m., according to sources and the NYPD.

When the girl rejected his sickening advances, he allegedly upped the ante to $100.

The child ran away as the perv continued to follow her, cops said.

He eventually fled southbound on 97th Street, according to the authorities.

The perv accused of following a 13-year-old girl and luring her into a sex act for money during a terrifying morning walk on a Queens street turned himself in Friday, the NYPD said.

Accused sicko Ali Hamed, 25, surrendered inside the 115th Precinct, days after he offered $50 to a child for masturbation, sources and police said.

Hamed, of North Corona, was charged Friday with luring a child to commit a felony, criminal solicitation and endangering the welfare of a child.

It’s his first arrest, police said.
