Four people have been arrested in a child exploitation investigation conducted by Hamilton County’s Metro Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Hamilton County ICAC officials announced Thursday that officers had arrested two men and two women this week on various child and animal sexual abuse charges. The four were charged and booked into jail on the following:
Court records filed in the case against Reeves detail how all four suspects knew each other and were involved in child and animal sex crimes together. Strahl is reportedly engaged to Reeves, Brown is reportedly Strahl’s girlfriend and Reed is reportedly Reeves’ ex-boyfriend.
Detectives described in their reports how Reeves and Reed would exchange child sex abuse material on apps such as Telegram and in a Facebook group called Nudist Free. Police say Reeves would occasionally send the shared files to Strahl because he wanted to know what she and Reed were messaging about.
In addition to sharing child sex abuse material that they found on the internet, the group would reportedly film and share videos of bestiality as well. When reviewing footage from Reeves’ phone, police found videos filmed inside Brown’s apartment where Reeves laid naked on a bed and allowed a dog to commit sexual acts to her.
Reeves also reportedly sent nude pictures of herself to underage children in group chats with Strahl and Reed. She said the juveniles would often walk in while she and Strahl were having sex, and she wanted to know if they were “into it” as well. She also requested nude photos of the young children in return because she heard the victims were “into that kind of thing.”
