Trinity Crenshaw, 20, is charged with two counts of child abuse.
According to the report, a man says he drove Joseph Sanders to Crenshaw's residence after they had been arguing all day over the phone.
The report states that upon arrival, Crenshaw walked out of the home with a child in each arm and began arguing with Sanders. She then allegedly threw both children to the ground.
The man and Sanders picked up both children and met up with another person, who took the babies to the hospital.
According to the report, deputies were shown screenshots of text messages between Sanders and Crenshaw.
The report states the screenshots show Sanders say "u threw my babies on the ground" to which Crenshaw replied "I threw them cuz u were full of sh---."
According to the report, other text messages from Crenshaw stated "Imma off both of em" and "Im done with u ... n ur f----- babies."
The report states a hospital staffer told deputies both babies were hypothermic when they were brought in, while one had visible injuries on the side of her face. Deputies say the baby also had a cut on her chest.
According to the report, Crenshaw also arrived at the hospital with a split lip.
The report states Sanders reportedly struck Crenshaw in the mouth during the altercation, which led to deputies issuing a warrant for Sanders' arrest for battery.
Deputies arrested Crenshaw at the hospital after she was treated for her injuries.
