A bitch named Nicole Anne Jordan, 45, was arrested after police saw the condition her dog was in.

She left her 15-year-old dog outside in the cold weather on December 17, 2021.

The dog was yelping in pain, unable to move and had a tumor with maggots in his ear, El Paso police stated.

The dog was surrendered to Animal Services.

She is facing a charge of cruelty to non-livestock animals and issued a $3,000 bond.
