Edilberto Miguel Palaez Moctezuma, 25, was sitting down to eat Thursday night around 9:30 p.m. when a bullet came through the window of his Norristown home and struck him in the torso.
He was flown to Penn Presbyterian Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The deadly shooting happened after alleged triggerman Kevon Clarke, 19, (pictured) was kicked out of a nearby Thanksgiving dinner party where he apparently stole alcohol, according to prosecutors.
Clarke allegedly fired off at least seven shots during a dispute over the missing booze.
The first-degree murder suspect — who was considered armed and dangerous –remained in the wind Friday night, officials said.
