El Paso County Coroner's office has ruled the manner of death as homicide. Colorado Springs Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Kevin Diaz for Child Abuse Resulting in Death.

Diaz is Hispanic, 5’10” tall and 136 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
