Brendan Harris, a 15-year-old British boy, has been found guilty of murder after he kicked 20-year-old Sophie Lancaster to death because she was wearing Goth-style black clothes.

Unprovoked, a group of youngsters attacked Lancaster and her boyfriend Robert Maltby. She begged them to stop but was kicked and punched too. They both were left unconscious, and her injuries were described as so bad it was difficult at first to tell what sex she was.

It emerged after the verdict that Harris, who admitted starting the frenzied attack because he was "drunk and showing off", had been convicted of kicking and stamping on a 16-year-old youth in April last year.

I really cant understand why someone would go to that lenght out of hatread for someone else's musical and fashion preference of all things...

Here in Mex emos been all over the mainstreem media latley becuase in Mexico city two weeks there was a big gathering(im guessing concert of an emo band but fuck knows) and several hundreds of metal heads and punks had organised to go beat the shit out of em, the riot police intervened on time but several similar cases have been going around last few weeks...
 
Now he can again show off in front of his friends and brag about being in prison, if the inmates there don't get the same idea and kick the shit out of him to the point of breaking this little creeps back so that he will never be able to kick someone to death again. Poor Sophie, all she was doing was establishing her own identity.

I just about posted a thread about that today. TIME Magazine has a great article about the whole mess down there. Apparently, three youths...THREE...were beaten by youths, hundreds of which gathered in Queretaro after internet organization, to do just that.

Update

Brendan Harris and Ryan Herbert, the two teenagers accused of murdering Sophie Lancaster (pictured above) because she was a goth, have been given life sentences.

The duo, who are 15 and 16 years old respectively, received their sentences at Preston Crown Court today (April 28). Harris will serve a minimum of 18 years in jail, Herbert must serve a minimum of 16.

This is exactly where the Libtards and the courts are at fault. This kid did this before,but the Liberal court judges in UK let him off. The cops in Brit do a great job,but the Lib judges just let the crims go.Especially if they are young.They just think (and know) that the courts don't care about the teens doing this sort of thing.It happens every where in Brtain and no kids have ANY RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLES BELONGINGS,OR THE LAW.
