"Two children in Greece, New York, are believed to be "in imminent danger of serious bodily harm and/or death" after two masked men broke into their home and took them Monday night after binding the children's foster mother and two other kids together with duct tape.

An AMBER alert identifies the abducted children as 5-year-old Dimitri Cash Jr., who was taken while wearing firetruck or dinosaur pajamas, and his 3-year-old sister Shekeria Cash, who was dressed in panda pajamas.

"We believe, based on the investigation, that this was a planned and targeted abduction," Greece Police Chief Andrew Forsythe said at a news conference Tuesday.

The incident began about 8:50 p.m. Monday with "a crashing sound," heard by the homeowner while she was downstairs. Her seven foster children were upstairs in the residence on English Road, said Forsythe.

"When she saw the suspects, she screamed, and when she screamed, two of her children came downstairs," he said.

The two intruders, wearing ski masks, then grabbed all three of them and forcibly taped them together with duct tape, along with taping over the female homeowner's mouth to prevent her screams, he said.

"The two suspects then went upstairs and forcibly removed the two children, Dimitri and Shekeria," he said."

For the past 3 years, Judge Stacey Romeo of Rochester, New York Family Court has been keeping father Dimitri Cash away from his children under falsified allegations of abuse and neglect. During this on going battle, his son has suffered multiple bruises, cuts and scapes on his face and body and has had a continuous cold while his younger daughter has been left in dirty diapers and suffered countless severe vaginal rashes causing her to be in tears at every visit. Dimitri's young son has admitted to being abused by the foster parents, yet and still, Judge Romeo has left them in harms way and kept Dimitri from visits with his children. These funds are being raised to allow for father Dimitri to bring awareness to this case through press releases, Pro Se Litigation, Law Education Assistance and promoting petitions for the return of his children home from foster care. These funds will also allow for Dimitri to fight for our Constitutional Rights within this case because so many of u have been victims of bias and prejudice in the courtroom at the hands of judges whom abuse the law. Helping one of us, SAVES ALL OF US!

Oh my.

If this is what it looks like, I hope the bio parent is able to actually make this work. But it sounds hard, especially as his identity will be known to the authorities.

Thousands of miles away, hidden on the floor boards of a car with blankets piled on top of them, two children were found safe Wednesday after being kidnapped in their pajamas from their Greece foster home.

Shekeria Cash, 3, and Dimitri Cash Jr., 5, were found in Montgomery, Ala. - two days after they were abducted. A woman is in custody, police say, but the investigation is far from finished.

"There’s more people to locate," said Greece Police Chief Drew Forsythe. "There’s much more evidence to process and interviews to be conducted, so we’re not even close. This was the most important step."

The children were taken by force from their foster home Monday night. Police say two men broke into the home and took the children, using duct tape to restrain others inside the home.

On Wednesday afternoon, police say a woman was seen leaving the location. Law enforcement conducted a traffic stop soon after, and the children were found inside the vehicle.

Forsythe said the woman is in police custody in connection with the investigation, however the chief did not say who this individual is or if she is from our area.

When asked about the whereabouts of Dimitri Cash Sr., Forsythe said he continues to be a person who police "still want to continue to talk with".

"We have spoken to him," he said. "We did not speak to him in Rochester."

ABC 13 reports that Cash Sr. lost custody of his four children after allegedly beating the two oldest. One of the older children, a girl, described in detail how she was beaten with a plank until she bled. The abuse resulted in the children being taken away by social services.

“She could describe with specificity how she was hit with a plank and how it would cause her bottom to bleed and how she would have to use a damp Kleenex to stop the bleeding,” attorney Maureen Polen said during a Zoom conference in December, after Cash Sr. filed an appeal to get his children back.

Pediatrician Carol Eisman, who also attended the Zoom meeting, said that the two oldest children had “serious injuries inflicted over a considerable period of time.”

“That’s a fundamental defect in parenting,” Eisman said. “The violence both parents inflicted on those two older children – it was just a matter of time before those younger children became victims.”

The oldest son reportedly had injuries consistent with being hit with an extension cord. The children’s mother is reportedly no longer in their lives.

Meanwhile, Cash Sr. continues to fight for custody of his children, while presenting himself on social media as a parent who was wronged by social services and the legal system. He’s already amassed thousands of signatures on an online petition.

Cash Sr. has also raised over $500 via GoFundMe, despite a judge’s ruling that that evidence presented proved the children were neglected and abused while in the care of Cash Sr.
“Concerning to me is also the father’s statement that you can do what you want, when asked about physical discipline,” Judge Patrick NeMoyer said. “You can do what you want with your own children.”

Dimitri Cash Sr., the parent of the two children abducted in Greece last Monday night, has been arrested for burglary, robbery, and kidnapping.

According to the Monroe County Jail's inmate census, Cash was booked at 9:16 a.m. on the charges after being arrested by Greece Police. He is being held on $100,000 bail or $300,000 bond.

It is not yet known if the arrests are directly in connection to the abductions. A woman named Kimara J. Pluviose had been taken into custody in Montgomery, Alabama earlier in the week when the children were found safely.

That's a rough looking uuummmmm woman?
Yeah the bottom one has to be, size of chin is right, but the throat looks a little bit male-ish and I think that sets it off a bit.

The man's head is shaped kinda funny. I think I've seen hamster heads shaped like that, but kinda different proportions. Is it wrong to say that? Nah he's a child abuser who tortured his children by paddling them until they bled, he and his weird hamster-head should go free-base a quart of antifreeze.

Two men have been charged in a plot to murder a family court judge in upstate New York overseeing the case of children the men are also accused of kidnapping.

Two men have been charged in a plot to murder a family court judge in upstate New York overseeing the case of children the men are also accused of kidnapping.

Dimitri Cash and Joenathan Cash were arraigned Monday on an indictment charging them with conspiracy. Their alleged target was Monroe County family court judge Stacey Romeo, according to a press release from the Monroe County District Attorney.

Police believe Dimitri is the mastermind behind the alleged murder plot, as well as the January kidnapping.

Dimitri conducted “background searches and a background investigation” of Judge Romeo, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reported, citing court documents.

Joenathan allegedly conducted surveillance at Romeo’s residence in November 2020, making cell phone videos of what he saw, the Democrat and Chronicle report said. He also allegedly watched the judge to learn about what car she drove to work and where she parked.

In a chilling detail reminiscent of the death of the son of U.S. District Judge Ester Salas in New Jersey, Dimitri had allegedly searched online for information about buying uniforms owned by FedEx or U.S. Postal Service delivery drivers, the Democrat and Chronicle reported.

Both Dimitri and Joenathan pleaded not guilty.

Clark Zimmermann, an attorney for Dimitri Cash, said there could be “innocent explanations” for the actions detailed in the indictment, the Democrat and Chronicle reported.

“The allegations are extremely serious so it took us a little off-guard,” Zimmermann said, according to the report.

Romeo was overseeing the custody court case involving the children Dimitri and Joenathan are accused of kidnapping in January.

Dimitri had been in a three-year custody battle of his two children, Dimitri Cash Jr., 5, and Shekeria Cash, 3, according to a report by local ABC affiliate WHAM.

The children were kidnapped from their foster home in Greece, New York, in January. Joenathan, along with his girlfriend Kimara Pluvoise, allegedly broke through a front window of the home, according to a Democrat and Chronicle report.

The kidnappers forcibly bound the foster mother together with two of the seven children at the home using duct tape, the Democrat and Chronicle report said. They also allegedly put duct tape over the woman’s mouth to stop her from screaming.

The man accused of arranging the kidnapping of his two young children and his cousin, who was accused of kidnapping the children, were convicted Monday in state Supreme Court.

Dimitri Cash, 30, and his cousin Joenathan Cash, 23, were both convicted of two counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree robbery and two counts of fourth-degree conspiracy in connection with the Jan. 18, 2021 home invasion and kidnapping of Dimitri Cash's two young children, according to the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.

Dimitri Cash was convicted of the 19-count indictment, which included two counts of first-degree kidnapping, among other charges. Joenathan Cash was also convicted of second-degree kidnapping and three counts of first-degree unlawful imprisonment for his role in the abduction of Dimitri Cash Jr., 5, and his sister Shekeria Cash, 3.

“Dimitri and Joenathan Cash plotted for weeks to commit these heinous crimes, terrorizing an innocent family and ripping two children from the security of their own beds,” said Assistant District Attorney Sara VanStrydonck, who prosecuted the case with ADA Patrick Gallagher.

Dimitri Cash Jr. and his sister Shekeria Cash were forcibly taken from their foster home on English Road in Greece around 8:40 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2021 by two masked, unidentified suspects.

The siblings were located by federal law enforcement officials less than 48 hours later in Montgomery, Alabama after police tracked a rental car there. They were unharmed and were reunited with their foster family within a few days.
