A Naples woman was at her condo on Binnacle Drive in Naples Saturday, when a man allegedly pulled his pants down and started to touch himself while looking at her, according to police.

The woman lived on the second floor of the condo, and all she wanted was to have coffee on her back porch which faces the pool, according to the arrest affidavit. Then she then saw Jousua Echezarreta without any underwear on.

Echezarreta is accused of looking at the woman and saying 'this is what you do to me,' according to the report.

The woman also told police he walked to her lounge chair by the pool, lifted his legs and masturbated in her chair.

Echezarreta was arrested and is facing charges of exposing his sexual organs, stalking, resisting arrest and loitering.
