Authorities in Arizona are considering the death penalty for a mother accused of smothering her three children to death.
Now, authorities in Oklahoma say they tried to protect the children from Henry in the past.
Officials with the Prague Police Department say they were called to Henry's apartment several times when she lived in the Sooner State. Ultimately, Henry was ordered to not have contact with the children's father.
In one instance, the children were ordered to be removed from her care for a week.
This past summer, Henry moved from Prague to Phoenix in order to be closer to her children, who were living with her aunt.

New court documents shed light on what happened when an Arizona mom allegedly killed her children earlier this year.
Rachel Henry is accused of smothering the three children to death at a relative's home in south Phoenix in January.
The 22-year-old mother was charged with first-degree murder for the deaths of her children Zane, Miraya and Catalaya, who ranged in age from 1 to 7 years old.
Police say Henry confessed to the murders but gave no explanation about what drove her to killing her children that night.
According to the documents released Thursday, a fire captain told police on the scene he felt Henry’s emotions were “fake” and “forced.”
The three children’s great aunt Pearl Rebolledo told police she knew Rachel was addicted to meth and began acting strangely in the days leading up to the murders.
“She made it seem like I had her captive here, to be honest,” Rebolledo explained. “She said, ‘I told you I was losing my mind.’”
Chilling most of all was Rachel’s description to police on how she killed the three children.
The documents said Rachel was playing a game with her kids she called "dog pile" on the couch in the living room. While playing with her 1-year-old, she told police she could feel her daughter struggling to breathe.
Rachel told police she then put her hands over her daughter’s mouth and nose. The documents said Rachel’s son Zane shouted “no” at his mother and kicked her in an effort to stop her from killing his sister.
Rachel told police she continued to smother her daughter until she stopped kicking and breathing. After Mireya was dead, Rachel told police she covered her with a blanket and tucked her in as it made her look as if she went to sleep.
According to the documents, Rachel told police she went on to smother the other two children one by one - singing nursery rhymes like the “Itsy-Bitsy Spider” and “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” as the children died.
Each time, Rachel told police she would wrap the dead children in a blanket and place them on the living room couch as if they were sleeping.
The documents go on to say it was after she allegedly murdered the three children that certain items like diapers and bottles would make her feel sick. So, she started to throw them away.
That question is part of the reason Rebolledo called Rachel Henry on a video chat while she was behind bars.
“I thought she would be sad, not remembering what she did,” Rebolledo said. “She didn’t seem remorseful or anything.”
Rebolledo would then finish the call by showing Rachel photos of her three children in their caskets.
“I wanted you to see the last photos I took of your kids,” Rebolledo remembers telling Henry. "If I have to live with this, so do you."
She said Rachel looked away at first before glancing back.
For the first time, we are hearing from, Rachel Henry, the mother who police say confessed to murdering her three children, smothering them one by one. .
This spring, the great aunt of the murdered children Pearla Rebolledo set up a video visit with Rachel Henry.
A 12 News records request helped obtain the video, where Rebolledo asks why Rachel killed her children.
"I didn’t know what was going on. I told you I felt like I was losing my mind, because I didn’t understand why you guys, why everyone was acting the way they were. I didn’t, I was on drugs." Henry responded. "I was freaking out and I didn’t know what to do. I know I was scared."
Over the course of a six-minute call, Rachel claimed she was going crazy and that no one would listen to her.
"That is the point I kept telling you. I felt like I was losing my mind. I didn’t know what was going on, I tried to talk to someone they said I was stupid or I scared, and I didn’t know what I was talking about." Henry said.
However, when pressed more by Rebolledo, Henry gave another reason for her actions.
“Do you know how bad I wanted to go to the store? I wanted to go outside. I wanted to do this and I wanted to do that. You said I couldn’t be seen by Fransico. You said I couldn’t go to the store because of the babies and this and that. I was trapped in the house and I felt like I was going crazy.” Henry said.
"I don’t remember doing it (inaudible), because I don’t, it really wasn’t me." Henry said to the children's great aunt.
The details of the killings are gruesome.
While Henry was allegedly smothering the first child, the 1-year-old girl was kicking and the 3-year-old boy yelled "no" at her in an effort to get her to stop. The boy then began punching Henry but to no avail.
Henry then allegedly chased the 3-year-old boy around the room until the aunt and father returned to the house around 3 p.m.
After they spent some time playing with the 3-year-old boy, Henry took the boy into a back bedroom to change him and allegedly "placed her hand over his nose and mouth."
She would sing to him, while she smothered him.
According to the document, the boy was scratching her chest and pinching her in an attempt to get her off of him, but Henry allegedly used her weight on top of him to smother him until he died.
Henry then allegedly fed the 7-month-old a bottle until she fell asleep before placing a hand over her face, obstructing her breathing, until she became unconscious and died. She also allegedly sang to the baby.
If she was mentally ill and displaying signs that showed she might be a danger to those children -yes every adult in that household should take some accountability for failing those kids. For the first time, we are hearing from, Rachel Henry, the mother who police say confessed to murdering her three children, smothering them one by one. .

The state of Arizona will seek the death penalty for a mother who is accused of killing her three young children in January, authorities said.
Henry pleaded not guilty on three first-degree murder charges.
Court documents submitted by Maricopa County Attorney Allister Adel on Oct. 30 revealed that prosecutors will attempt to prove aggravating factors in Henry’s trial.
The case is eligible for the death penalty since it has first-degree murder charges and includes the death of children.
Police body camera footage from the fateful night obtained by AZ Family shows Henry telling officers she was planning for her family's future and tried to blame the kid's father for their deaths.
'He could never handle the babies, but no one would... I just thought they were sleeping,' Henry said.
'I put them down to take a nap and I didn't check on them and I thought they were sleeping.'
Officers were called to the Phoenix home near 24th Street and Baseline Road on January 21, 2020 when a relative found the kids unconscious.
'They're saying the mother put the kids down for a nap with some sort of medication, all under three years old,' the operator said.
At the scene, Henry told police she thought the kids were sleepingand that she had been planning for their future.
'I was going to get my driver's license, I was going to get a job so I could get my own place so the babies would be fine,' she said.
Henry - now 26 years old - has pleaded not guilty to murder charges with a trial scheduled for March 2025. If convicted, prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
