Possible to add additional media sites to the approved list?

I don't post a ton (really depends on how insane my personal life is at any given time), but when I do I generally source from a couple of specific sites local to me.

Is there any way to petition to get additional sites added to the white list so that I can imbed media like videos directly from their links?

These are actual news sites, and it looks like things like Worldstarhiphop are approved already (WORLDSTAR!! lol). How is that determined, and can we add to?

Usually if you click share and just copy the link and paste it in it'll show up correctly
