Several people were injured in the German capital on Friday evening when a man urinated off a bridge onto a tour boat, the Berlin Fire Department said.

The sprinkle of urine from overhead caused a commotion on the boat as it passed under the low-clearance Jannowitz Bridge in Berlin-Mitte.

Several people jumped up and were injured on the head as the boat passed under the 4-meter-high (12-foot) bridge spanning the Spree River, the Fire Department said.

Four people were taken by ambulance to the hospital for lacerations to the head.

Police filed assault charges against the man and described his actions as "abnormal behavior." They are currently searching for his whereabouts.

God i fucking hate krauts

What is a kraut? A German? I'm so confused. Is it a new progressive politically correct slur for Germans? Lately, I've been finding Nazi scum to be insensitive and outdated. I think kraut might finally catapult my bigotry game into the 21st century.

I really hope it isn't what you call people that piss off of bridges though. We hate labels.

Almost as much as tour boats.

A Kraut is a German x not a nice term.

I hate people that urinate in public. Uncouth Savages
We have a high homeless population in my county. Butte county Calif.
When I drive thru town, it's almost a guarantee I'm going to see at least one person pissing outside. Just free as a bird whizzing away.
I used to get super annoyed. I don't any more because there is no where for them to go. All the fast food joints have gone with pay toilets. The town (Oroville) has locked up all their public restrooms around town.

Here in St.Catharines there are tons of places with public restrooms with no restrictions for access. What really annoys the snot out of me is when I see these scumbags that are urinating up against the wall of a building that actually has a public access toilet. There's so much in our species that is just completely devolving

Besides all the public toilets being closed, there isn't a single bench in this whole town. About 3 years ago, I met this one homeless lady at the library. I started bringing lunch for us on Mondays and Wednesdays. There was cement benches out front under some big trees. It was nice and shady.
We would eat lunch, smoke cigarettes, laugh, cry and hang out for a couple of hours. One day, the city police came by and said we couldn't sit there. When I said I'm a tax payer, this is paid for by tax money and I have every right to sit there. He threatened to arrest me.
We went inside the library and read the news papers.
The following week, the benches were gone.

Last year they passed a law that the police could no longer do that. That all people have the right to sit and even lay down where ever they want on public land. So long as they aren't bothering people entering or exiting businesses or out in traffic.
