In a Facebook post, the Pennsylvania Game Commission said State Game Warden Murphy received a tip early in March that a person was stockpiling deer racks behind his house.

Murphy’s investigation revealed that the person does not and has not had a hunting license in Pennsylvania or surrounding states, according to the Game Commission.

“The perpetrator faces multiple charges of unlawful taking or possession of game or wildlife, in addition to tagging and reporting charges,” the Facebook post stated.

A photo released by the Game Commission shows the warden with about a dozen deer racks.

The commission has not yet identified the accused.

I'd be annoyed by this but there are WAY too many fucking deer in Pennsylvania and they constantly assault cars.
If PA is anything like Jersey, it isn't hard to get a hunting license, and the Fish and Game commission wants you to be taking out the deer before they slam into cars. Seriously, if your aim is any good (which the state would know, as you would be reporting what you took down), you get invited to pre and post season culling.

Not that I get invited hunt deer anywhere, but have been lucky to have been given venison by those who have.

They have limits on how many you can get, I think it’s one antlered deer per season and one without, depending on your permit.

I want them to issue squirrel hunting licenses around here. The area is so overdeveloped that hunters would definitely be shooting their neighbor’s feet in the process, but we would have fewer squirrels and that’s cool.

If air rifles are a lawful means of taking small game, that would be the way to go (assuming the local lawmakers haven't prohibited discharging them within city limits).

Shockingly, they haven’t. We only got the right in 2014 to carry fucking pepper spray without a LTC so this is shocking news to me.

It's very possible he hasn't killed any of these animals.

Does he have freezers and freezers full of meat?

It's possible he only collected the heads of deer that lay dead on the sides of the roads. (Yes, that is against the law also. Because if man can do it, the gov will make a law to regulate it.)

Because deer are dumbasses and walk right out in front of cars.
