Woman Caught on Camera Putting Card Skimmer on Drive-Thru ATM

A woman driving a blue 2003-2006 Ford Expedition put a skimmer and camera on the outside of a drive-thru ATM in Hurst, Texas. This happened at 8:30 am Friday at an unidentified bank on Precinct Line Road. The skimmer was discovered yesterday, Feb. 11.
