I do feel deeply for this "mans" family and this babies family, they have lost too much. To find out the person, you loved and trusted cared more about a few beers than the safety of his own flesh and blood.
If the rest of his family is reacting the same way his wife and his tard defender friend are, I have no sympathy to them either. The wife is saying is just a tragic accident and according to his tard defender she talked to him 20 minutes prior. She knew her husband was drinking and still let him drive with the kids and won't even hold him accountable after he kills one.

Wtf are you talking about???? His dad is going to sue? For what? You literally have no clue what you’re talking about. I’d love to know what you’re name is, I’m sure we know each other and I’d love to see you face to face and educate you on the fact then beat you’re stupid ass for making stupid claims with no validity what so ever to them...

Do you feel good about yourself? Does threatening me make you feel better? Because like you I know the Tabke family. And I know for a fact that if it was anyone else who had made the "mistake" William made that Gary would be asking for the hardest punishment. So don't come in here all high and mighty defending Will's dumb ass self for putting others at risk. ONE god damn drink is too many if you know your children will be in the vehicle with you. Any GOOD parent knows that.

I love how righteous you people are. You have no idea what caused the crash. As a close friend to the family I know exactly what cause it. He wasn’t speeding and witnessed back up what he told police. Never mind you he pulled his two year old out of the car and desperately tried to save his love, that blood on his shirt is that of his kid. A 175lb man can drink 2 beers in an hour and be over or at the legal limit. He blew A .11, that isn’t drunk and until 10yrs ago the legal limit was .10 for almost forty years. It is however awesome to know none of you have ever drank and drove. So proud of all of you. And yes he did have a previous dui, 9 1/2 years ago when he was 19...

Two beers in an hour would not put a 175lb man anywhere near the legal limit. Two 12 ounce beers would put him about .03, two 16 ounce beers about .05 - both less than half the legal limit. Even a 95lb weakling would squeak in under the limit.

BAC calculators are readily available online.

Oooooooh, not only a tard defender, but a tough guy too ! LOL

Hi, this is all very, very sad. My heart goes out to this family and the dad. Every human being and parent has made a mistake or error in judgment when it comes to raising children, but very few have ever had to pay such a high price for it. It is human to error. This man will be tortured for the rest of his life if he does not take his own life, as well as his family. I feel in my heart that compassion and love towards this family is the only appropriate response at a time like this. This man did not intentionally try to take the life of his son. I am not sure how ongoing anger and blame helps in this situation. My heart aches for this family and the pain they will have to endure for the rest of their lives. This is truly a tragedy for this family, the little boy that lost his life and the community. I think love, compassion and understanding is what is needed right now. Thank you for reading my post.

Who cares that he didn't "intentionally" kill his kid. He knowingly got behind the wheel when he was drunk. Maybe he didn't think he was "drunk", but that is no fucking excuse. It's not the first time he's done it. What he did was NOT a "mistake or error in judgement". He deserves to live the rest of his life in prison, knowing full well that he killed his kid. Maybe he should receive a birthday card each year on his son's birthday to remind him of what a piece of shit he is.

Rest in Peace Blake ... there are no drunk drivers or irresponsible parents in Heaven.

(I love you ... thanks for always being the designated driver so I can get smashed when we go out .... or otherwise nice hotels instead of dives and the uber app when you want to drink too.) <3

I hope he gets life in prison .... oh he lost his little boy ... he's suffered enough isn't good enough for me.

I am the mother of a murdered child, so I am in some ways an expert in this area based on my personal experience. People always have a lot of opinions even though they possess very little facts or information. Everyone has a right to their feelings, but all anger really is fear and pain turned outward. Anger is for the weak and people who feel powerless in their lives!

Look at the blood on his shirt ... I would want that if I was Blake's mom ... it would be the only real piece of the kid left (not a memory or a photo) that I could touch ... I hope they let her have it.

I have Zoe's PJ's ... Some blood dripped on them when they were changing her IV once. Its just a few drops of blood, on her little pink pyjamas but its her, you know ?

I am not a friend or a family member. How old are you! You sound very immature!
And you sound like a fucking idiot. Drunk drivers are trash. I have had a family member killed by a drunk driver, so "I am in some ways an expert in this area based on my personal experience". What a fucking crock of shit that is.

In addition to having a family member killed, I also had a family member who killed someone. Different "accidents". They should have been sent away for life. Pisses me off when folks like you come in here to defend this shit-stains.

Anger is for the weak and people who feel powerless in their lives!

Who says I'm angry? I'm not angry. None of my family was involved in this accident. I just think that justice must be served.

Also, as a former LEO who has seen death firsthand from DUI "accidents", I have no good will toward ANYONE who gets behind the wheel after drinking any amount. Fuck this guy and fuck you for defending him.

46 ... I also lost a child. And we're established ... can't afford to drink and drive. Like literally can't afford to lose our licences, or our

life style would be in the toilet. And we don't dwell in sewers. So in our house we plan when we want to drink ... if we go out for dinner he has

One drink over the course of an hour and a half .,.. ONE not THREE ... see the difference. Mind you ... we don't drink every day either.

Like we have bottles of Patron and Crystal that have never even been cracked open ... they just sit there collecting dust until the house keeper

comes. Because we're not alcoholics.

It's interesting how much you like to assume. You are only showing your own ignorance. I never said I lost my child to a drunk driver. It was far worse than that. Maybe you should get accurate information before you open your mouth!

If you lose a child to an illness or murder doesn't matter ... you lost a child. Define murder anyway ... was your kid a true victim or did he/she go looking for it.

We're talking about a two year old impaled by a fence post while travelling in a motor vehicle after his dad had a few.

his father lost control of his car drinking and driving ... Like unless a deer ran out and if it that was the case we'd know because this would

be a story about how dangerous deer are instead of drunk driving or texting and driving.

I wonder if this is Mom's fault too ... Was she texting him when she knew, he was or should be driving home with the kids.

Did she help kill these kids with CRAZY WIFE TEXTS ?????

Was he trying to text her back ... has anyone looked at their phones ????

Three beers ???

All alcoholics say that ... duh !

I never said you lost your child to a drunk driver. You said in your comment that your child was murdered. Where the fuck did you see me say that your kid died from a drunk driver. If I would have thought your child was killed by a drunk driver as you ASSumed, I would have said "I have had a family member killed by a drunk driver too, so "I am in some ways an expert in this area based on my personal experience".

Anyone who defends a drunk driver, especially one who killed someone while driving intoxicated is actually showing ignorance. Maybe you should take a reading comprehension class before you open your fucking mouth, Wendy.

Poor Blake was killed by a drunk driver ... and his dad is facing ... MURDER. @notchback

WORD ... @Keepalowprofile ... same with people that text and drive... self absorbed assholes.

I'm kind of a self absorbed asshole ... I pull into someplace to text for my own sake. So i don't hurt my self.

And even worse than those fucks on the road ... people that leave their babies in the car ... Oops ... I forgot.

Those people should forever be banned for driving ... like if you're so distracted you forget a baby I don't want to share the road

with you. Poor little roasted babies. Poor little Impaled Blake.

People are so fucking irresponsible with their cars ... one of the first things you learn in drivers education is that you could be killed or kill someone while operating a motor vehicle ... even when you're not DRUNK ... or other wise had a few.

Poor William was killed by a drunk driver ... and his dad is facing ... MURDER. @notchback

William is who killed BLAKE while driving drunk. William is the father Blake was the innocent baby.

They also now have another money raising fundraiser going on. Raffle tickets $100 each might I add. William's father Gary was an LEO. You think he would want to uphold the law. But he wants them to bend it for his poor little boy. He needs to get the fuck over himself. Will robbed Blake of his life. I think William should stay behind bars for a long time because of it.
