According to Peoria Police, Khaleesi Morales was taken by Luis Jesus Morales from a residence near Lake Pleasant and Beardsley roads around 6 a.m.

Luis is the defendant on an Order or Protection not to have contact with the child or the child's mother. According to officials, Luis was arrested and booked into jail by Peoria police Sunday night after violating that Order of Protection, but was released at 5:14 a.m. on Monday.

Police said Luis went to the child's Peoria home Monday morning, opened a window, broke the screen out, stepped on his juvenile son's hand and assaulted the mother before taking Khaleesi.

He reportedly stole the mother's vehicle and headed southbound on Lake Pleasant Road. Police say the vehicle is a 2016 silver Toyota Camry with Arizona plates "CBS3780".

Khaleesi is a Hispanic child last seen wearing a long-sleeved pink shirt, pink ruffled shorts and possibly pull-up diapers.

Luis is a Hispanic man, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt with a money emblem and shorts.

He has several tattoos, including a money sign behind his left ear, "Est. 1987" on his stomach, a triangle and eye with Mary Jane on his center neck, the names "Lucito, Dannie and Khaleesi" on his left upper arm, and a cross on his right arm. He also has a diamond piercing on his left cheekbone.

Police say there were several box knives in the stolen vehicle.
