KYLE, TEXAS - A man and woman were arrested for allegedly trafficking a 16-year-old girl by using online escort advertisements and securing hotels for the victim to be repeatedly sexually assaulted.

According to the arrest affidavit, Nancy Cisneros, 43, and Bernell Quillens, 35, are accused of committing the alleged acts on June 30, 2015 using the website Backpage.

The 16-year-old victim, identified as S.S. by investigators, told authorities in a recorded interview Nov. 18, 2015 that she met Cisneros, who she called Nancy, and Quillens, identified in the affidavit as "Real", June 29, 2015. The victim said she knew Cisneros through a mutual acquaintance and that she believed she was a prostitute.

Over the course of 24 hours, the victim alleges she was taken to a La Quinta hotel in San Marcos, where Qullens and Cisneros took explicit pictures of her using her cell phone to post on Backpage. The victim also added she was videotaped having sex with a woman known as Hailey before she was allegedly sexually assaulted by Quillens.

After the incident at the hotel, S.S. told police she was picked up at the house twice to go on "dates" where she had sex with people in exchange for money.

One the second incident, the victim alleges Cisneros told Quillens, "B**** better make me some money because I own her."

Cisneros and Quillens are charged with trafficking of a child for sexual purposes. Their combined bail is set at $700,000.

A Kyle woman was sentenced June 14 to 15 years in state prison after pleading guilty to one count of first-degree trafficking a child – compelling prostitution.

Nancy Cisneros, 43, was originally charged with three counts of trafficking a child – compelling prostitution and three counts of compelling prostitution based on a number of incidents, spanning three days in late June and early July 2015.

According to court documents, Cisneros waived her right to a jury trial and pled guilty based on evidence in the form of testimony from the victim, a Kyle teenager under the age of 18.

According to documents, Cisneros will have the 11 months and 15 days she has already been incarcerated credited to her sentence that had already been imposed.

Since Cisneros was convicted of the first count of trafficking a child – compelling prostitution, Hays County Judge Bill Henry dismissed the other five charges.

According to the Judgment of Conviction document, there are no requirements for Cisneros to register as a sex offender and she will serve her remaining sentence of approximately 14.04 years concurrently.

At this time it is unknown if Cisneros will be eligible for parole at any time while serving her sentence.

Cisneros’ release is projected for 2032.

A man accused of sex trafficking and spending nearly a thousand dollars a month to post online adult ads throughout Texas was sentenced to 40 years by a Hays County grand jury in San Marcos Thursday.

Bernell Quillens, 26, was convicted on three counts of sex trafficking and three counts of compelling prostitution, KXAN reported.

Investigators said Quillens forced women into prostitution and took online ads out in Austin, San Marcos, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Galveston, and other Texas cities, the news station reported.

According to the report, Quillens did not take much of the trial seriously, and was seen yawning, stretching and playing with his tie throughout the trial.
